Run lines for your clients.

Agencies and platforms provision Qlaas DMI lines for the businesses they serve, at a wholesale rate, under their own price. You create and pause lines from the console or an API signed with your own keys; we run the lines. Applications open when DMI sales open.

Who it is for

Businesses that already set up calling and booking for other businesses, and want each client to have a line that agents can reach properly.

Voice-AI agencies
You build receptionists and booking agents for clinics, trades and hospitality. Give each client a line their callers' agents can use, with receipts the client can keep.
Hosts and platforms
Contact-centre, booking and practice-management software can provision a line for each customer account from their own systems, through the API.

How it works

  1. Create a partner account in the console. It starts pending review.
  2. Register your public key. You generate an Ed25519 key pair on your own systems and register only the public half. We never issue or hold an API secret for you.
  3. Try it with test lines. A pending account can create up to five test lines from the console or the API. Test lines are recorded and listed, but are never put live and never email anyone; they get a temporary handle, and the handle you ask for is reserved only once your account is active.
  4. Go live. Once we activate your account, each new line is started on our host within minutes at https://<handle>.dmi.qlaas.co.uk, and the line emails your client a one-time sign-in code.
  5. Bill your client your way. We bill you a wholesale rate per active line; you set your own price. For comparison, a Business Line bought direct is £79 per month. The wholesale price list is shared with approved partners.

What you get

Lines
Each client line is a full Qlaas DMI line: the door, screening, the agent endpoint and signed receipts, with its own address. Your client owns the line and signs in to it themselves; you never hold their credentials.
Control
Create, list, suspend and resume client lines. A suspended line closes its door within minutes and keeps its data; resuming reopens it.
Usage
A wholesale summary at any time: billable lines, live, setting up, suspended and test. Suspended and test lines are not billable.
Team
Owners, admins and viewers on the partner account, each with their own console sign-in and two-step verification.

The API

Four calls: list lines, create a line, suspend or resume a line, and usage. Creating is idempotent on your own reference, so a retry never makes a second line.

Create a client line

POST https://console.qlaas.co.uk/api/partners/v1/lines
Authorization: Bearer <JWT signed with your Ed25519 key>

{ "client_label": "Smith Dental", "handle": "smith-dental",
  "owner_email": "frontdesk@smithdental.example", "external_ref": "crm-1042" }

→ 201 { "created": true,
        "line": { "id": "…", "handle": "smith-dental", "status": "setting_up",
                  "livemode": true, "door_url": null, … } }

Authentication

Every request carries a short-lived JWT signed with your registered Ed25519 key. Only EdDSA is accepted; each token lives five minutes at most and its jti works once. Revoking a key in the console stops it at once.

Token

header  { "alg": "EdDSA", "kid": "<your key's kid>", "typ": "JWT" }
claims  { "iss": "<your partner id>",
          "aud": "https://console.qlaas.co.uk/api/partners",
          "iat": 1790000000, "exp": 1790000120, // five minutes at most
          "jti": "<random, single use>" }

Mint a fresh token for each request. The console shows your partner id and each key's kid.

Applying

Applications open when DMI sales open. You can create a partner account and test lines in the console now; we review accounts and activate them once sales open. Nothing is charged until your account is active and your agreement is in place.

Status
The partner console and API are built and tested against a test database. The host at dmi.qlaas.co.uk is not yet live, so no line, partner or otherwise, is answering today.
